//01 Is eight pages enough?
For most company sites, yes: what you do, for whom, proof, prices, about and contact. If you need more, extra pages are quoted per page, and the code is structured so they can be added later without a rebuild.
//02 Can enquiries go straight into a system instead of an inbox?
Yes. The form can post into a CRM, a spreadsheet, a helpdesk or an internal system, as well as sending the email. Tell us the destination at the scope call and we confirm it is reachable before quoting.
//03 Do you write the copy?
No, and we would rather say so plainly: you know your business and your clients better than we do. We give you a page-by-page outline saying what each block needs to say and roughly how long it should be, and you fill it in. If you want a copywriter, we can point you to one, billed by them.
//04 Can we add a client portal to it later?
Yes, and quite a few clients do exactly that. The site keeps its address, the portal gets a subdomain with its own sign-in, and the two share the branding. Nothing built now has to be thrown away for that to happen.
